Forgot Password Added, Contact Forms Fixed

There have been a few changes to the YourUpload login system.
- Older authentication methods from Yourupload v1, v2, etc have been disabled. Only current logins will work.
- Forgot password system has been added
Also we have added captcha protection to the following places.
- Import Files
- Register
- Contact Us
- Problem Report
- DMCA Complaint
Finally, on a very good note. All the contact forms have been fixed and are working properly. We apologize for these being broken. Community is our first concern (after quality and working product) and that will be apparent in the coming future.
